What we can substantiate

Product fit, dimensions, rated load, materials and performance must be tied to an exact model and revision. Amazon listing text is a useful identification source, but it is not a test report. We publish model-specific drawings, manuals and test evidence only when the source and test conditions have been confirmed.

How to evaluate a claim

  1. Identify the ASIN, variant and product-label model.
  2. Read the current manual for dimensions, intended use and restrictions.
  3. For load or safety claims, check the named test method, load conditions, installation surface and report date.
  4. Contact support when any of these conflict with the listing or your installation.

Request evidence

Send the ASIN and the specific claim to contact@livingcaring.com. We can confirm whether a current drawing, manual or applicable test document is available. Do not treat a general category claim as proof for a different model or marketplace.
