LivingCaring provides limited warranty coverage for selected large or powered products purchased from livingcaring.com. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal household use.
This warranty does not replace our Shipping Policy or Refund & Return Policy. Shipping damage, missing items, incorrect items, returns, refunds, and buyer’s remorse are handled under those policies.

Frame, lift mechanism, motor, controller, and power parts are covered for 1 year.
Main frame, motor, controller, remote, and power parts are covered for 1 year.
The tub body is covered for 3 years.
Door seals, faucets, drains, pumps, heaters, control panels, and electrical parts are covered for 1 year.
Installation, plumbing, electrical work, removal, and reinstallation are not covered.
Motors, controllers, heating parts, drying parts, remotes, seat frames, and main electrical parts are covered for 1 year.
The main frame and lifting structure are covered for 1 year.
Wheels, brakes, handles, locks, and adjustment parts are covered for 6 months.
The main ramp body and load-bearing frame are covered for 1 year.
Hinges, pins, locks, and supplied hardware are covered for 6 months.
Some products do not include long-term warranty coverage. These products are handled under our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

For these products, please inspect the item after delivery. Any damaged, missing, incorrect, or visibly defective item must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Return eligibility follows our Refund & Return Policy. Used hygiene-related products, opened or used bathroom safety products, and items showing signs of use may not be eligible for return.

Do not return any product without approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
For confirmed warranty issues, LivingCaring may offer repair, replacement parts, product replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution, depending on the situation and product availability.
Repair or replacement does not restart the warranty period.
