Warranty Policy

LivingCaring provides limited warranty coverage for selected large or powered products purchased from livingcaring.com. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal household use.

This warranty does not replace our Shipping Policy or Refund & Return Policy. Shipping damage, missing items, incorrect items, returns, refunds, and buyer’s remorse are handled under those policies.

Warranty Coverage

 

Power Lift Chairs

Frame, lift mechanism, motor, controller, and power parts are covered for 1 year.

 

Power Lift Beds, Adjustable Beds, and Electric Bed Backrests

Main frame, motor, controller, remote, and power parts are covered for 1 year.

 

Walk-In Bathtubs

The tub body is covered for 3 years.

Door seals, faucets, drains, pumps, heaters, control panels, and electrical parts are covered for 1 year.

Installation, plumbing, electrical work, removal, and reinstallation are not covered.

 

Electric Lift Toilet Seats and Electric Bidet Toilet Seats

Motors, controllers, heating parts, drying parts, remotes, seat frames, and main electrical parts are covered for 1 year.

 

Patient Lifts, Sit-to-Stand Lifts, and Large Stand-Assist Products

The main frame and lifting structure are covered for 1 year.

Wheels, brakes, handles, locks, and adjustment parts are covered for 6 months.

 

Large Wheelchair Ramps

The main ramp body and load-bearing frame are covered for 1 year.

Hinges, pins, locks, and supplied hardware are covered for 6 months.

 

Products Not Covered by Long-Term Warranty

 

Some products do not include long-term warranty coverage. These products are handled under our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Transfer boards, slide boards, transfer sheets, and transfer pads
  • Underwear, urine pads, hygiene products, and personal care items
  • Shoes, cushions, soft goods, bags, straps, and accessories
  • Standard shower chairs, bath stools, bath steps, raised toilet seats, and commodes
  • Grab bars, handrails, small bathroom safety items, and non-electric toilet frames
  • Pedal exercisers, call buttons, replacement parts, clearance items, open-box items, free gifts, and promotional items

For these products, please inspect the item after delivery. Any damaged, missing, incorrect, or visibly defective item must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Return eligibility follows our Refund & Return Policy. Used hygiene-related products, opened or used bathroom safety products, and items showing signs of use may not be eligible for return.

 

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, stains, odors, fading, rust, or cosmetic damage
  • Misuse, improper assembly, improper cleaning, accidents, or unauthorized repair
  • Use above the stated weight limit
  • Commercial, rental, nursing-home, or institutional use
  • Installation, removal, reinstallation, plumbing, electrical work, or labor costs
  • Hygiene-related items or products that have been used
  • Lost, stolen, discarded, or refunded products
  • Products without valid proof of purchase

 

How to Request Warranty Service

Please contact us before sending anything back: contact@livingcaring.com.

When contacting us, please include your order number, product name, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem.

Do not return any product without approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

 

Warranty Solutions

For confirmed warranty issues, LivingCaring may offer repair, replacement parts, product replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution, depending on the situation and product availability.

Repair or replacement does not restart the warranty period.
