How long does it take to receive my Itemized Receipt?
Simply reply to your order confirmation email or contact us. We will manually review and email your compliant PDF receipt within 24 hours.
Can I use my HSA/FSA card to pay?
No, we use a Reimbursement Mode. Please pay with a standard credit card or PayPal, then contact us for the receipt to submit to your provider.
What if my reimbursement is denied?
Reimbursement approval is determined solely by your provider. We provide compliant receipts but cannot guarantee approval or offer refunds for denied claims.
